We have items in stock or some pre-order items, if you are not willing to wait, we recommend you to contact customer service to see if the item is in stock or not.
We start to restock the item after the order of pre-order products is placed and paid. It takes 7-21 days for us to restock ( most of items takes 7-14 days).
Most of the items can be restocked, but there are still some possibilities that the factory completely stops producing. If this case happens, we will refund you fully. ( Please note that the currency rate varies. We refund in euro price and according the most recent currency rate).
All goods on the site will be shipped out from France.
All prices for Taiwan and Hong Kong include import duties, so there is no need to pay importing tax.
If there are tariffs in other countries or regions, please bear that the recipient would be responsible for any tariff.
After receiving the payment, the items can be received within 2-19 working days.
Please note that the pre-order items will have to wait.
In case of a national holiday, please mind that there might be some delays. Taiwan 2~3 days / Hong Kong & Macau 7~17 days / Singapore 9~19 days / U.S. 12~14 days
After payment for the pre-ordered items, you could receive it within 7-28 days (excluding holidays)/Italian handmade bags would take up to 8~12 weeks working day for crafting.
If the item is out of stock, it may take about 1-2 months.
If the items have not arrived two months after the payment, we will refund.
Taiwan and Hong Kong do not have to bear more tariffs, and the prices include tax.
If there are tariffs in other countries and regions, please bear that the tariff will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that when the customs inspects taxable goods, the delivery speed may be delayed due to the progress of customs processing.
The goods can be returned within seven days if the goods are not collected in Taiwan, but the full return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
If the buyer returns it by himself and the freight is paid on delivery, L'Inédite will refuse to accept any package, and the freight and related expenses incurred by the product shall be paid by the buyer.
DeliveryPlease note that when receiving and picking up the goods, if the appearance of the package is obviously damaged, please refuse to receive the package on the spot, and please return it directly by logistics.
